§ 6.04.03. Enforcement of article.

The provisions of this article may be enforced in accordance with the provisions of chapter 2, article V of this Code or as otherwise authorized by law.

Ord. No. 2012-02, § 1, adopted April 13, 2012, repealed the former §§ 6.04.03 and 6.04.04 and renumbered §§ 6.04.05 and 6.04.06 as 6.04.03 and 6.04.04 as set out herein. The former §§ 6.04.03 and 6.04.04 pertained to variations of setbacks and buffers, and application of setbacks and buffers, respectively, and derived from Ord. No. 2003-06, § 3, adopted July 24, 2003; and Ord. No. 2005-02, § 1, adopted April 14, 2005. The historical notation has been retained with the amended provisions for reference purposes.
