§ 6.04.02. Comprehensive plan limitation.

No land application of Class A or B residuals or septage is permitted outside of the Agricultural Future Land Use classification as defined and described in the adopted Okeechobee County Comprehensive Plan unless such application is confined to property zoned public service (PS) or government use (GU) as defined by the Okeechobee County Land Development Regulations (LDRs).
