§ 6.04.04. General requirements.

A.

Florida Administrative Code. All requirements of Chapter 62-640, Florida Administrative Code, or its most current version, which are not in conflict with this article, are expressly incorporated into this article.

B.

For the purposes of this article, "owner" shall mean any fee property owner, lessee, licensee, manager or franchisee having ownership, possession or control of a waste water treatment facility, residuals management facility, septage management facility or land application site as the context requires.
