Any agency of municipal, county, state, or federal government may utilize a mobile
home, manufactured home, recreational vehicle, or other type of trailer for temporary
purposes in any of the unincorporated areas in Okeechobee County, providing such uses
shall not be or include a residential or dwelling use. On governmentally owned land
within the unincorporated area of the county, municipal, county, state, or federal
government may utilize a mobile home, manufactured home or recreational vehicle for
residential uses, subject to a showing that all other applicable regulations, such
as those on health and sanitation, have been met.
