§ 74-46. Boating-restricted areas.

(a)

The Board, pursuant to the authority of F.S. § 327.46(1)(b)1, hereby establishes idle speed no wake boating-restricted areas in all areas of the waters and waterways of the county which meet the criteria of F.S. § 327.46(1)(b)1, as may from time to time be amended.

(b)

The board, pursuant to the authority of F.S. § 327.46(1)(b)2, hereby establishes slow speed minimum wake boating-restricted areas in all areas of the waters and waterways of the county which meet the criteria of F.S. § 327.46(1)(b)2, as may from time to time be amended.

(c)

The board, pursuant to the authority of F.S. § 327.46(1)(b)3, hereby establishes a vessel-exclusion zone in all areas of the waters and waterways of the county which meet the criteria of F.S. § 327.46(1)(b)3, as may from time to time be amended.
