§ 74-26. Enforcement.

The Division of Law Enforcement of the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and its officers, and all other law enforcement officers, as defined under existing or future laws of the State of Florida, including, but not limited to, the county sheriff and his duly authorized deputies, are hereby authorized to enforce the provisions of this article.

Ord. No. 2017-0007, §§ 3, 4, adopted Dec. 12, 2017, repealed the former § 74-26, and enacted a new § 74-26 as set out herein. The former § 74-26 pertained to similar subject matter and derived from Ord. No. 92-3, art. III, § 4, adopted Feb. 27, 1992.
