§ 6-47. Hours of sale.

Latest version.

No alcoholic or intoxicating beverages may be sold for on or off-premises consumption within the unincorporated areas of Okeechobee County between the hours of 2:01 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday, and between the hours of 2:01 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Sunday.
