A separate fund group for funds collected under this division shall be established
and maintained separate and apart from all other fund groups of the county. All funds
received from fire protection assessment shall be credited to such fund group immediately
upon receipt by the county.
(b)
The monies collected from fire protection assessment shall be used for funding the
fire protection cost.
