§ 34-26. Intent of article.

Latest version.

It is the intent of this article to regulate open burning in the unincorporated area of the county. Except for the provisions of section 34-32, this article is not intended to regulate open burning in connection with agricultural, silvicultural, forestry or land clearing operations as those activities are regulated by the state department of environmental protection and department of agricultural and consumer services, division of forestry.
