§ 34-32. Hazardous conditions; prohibition by fire chief.

Each fire chief may prohibit in his fire district any or all fires regulated under this article when atmospheric conditions or local circumstances make fires hazardous. The prohibition of this section may apply to the entire fire district or any part of the fire district and shall supersede any burning permit issued in the district.
