§ 30-32. Use, sale or gift of synthetic detergent.

It shall be unlawful for any person to use, sell, offer or expose for sale, give or furnish any synthetic detergent or detergent containing any more than the amount of phosphorus by weight, expressed as elemental phosphorus, permitted by the law of the state, as such law, rules and regulations may be amended from time to time.
