§ 30-31. Same—Granting; protection of trade secrets; conditions.

  • The environmental control board may grant such temporary variances, for no longer than one year, as are necessary to protect trade secrets of new products where the board finds that failure to disclose all the ingredients of such products:

    (1)

    Will not be detrimental to the environment of the county;

    (2)

    Will not be detrimental to the best interests of the consumers of the county; and

    (3)

    Is necessary to ensure the introduction of new products into the county market.
