The position of Okeechobee County Code Enforcement Special Magistrate is hereby created
to promote, protect, and improve the health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of
Okeechobee County, Florida, by providing an equitable, expeditious, effective, and
inexpensive method of enforcing the Code.
