In accordance with the authority of F.S. § 34.041, the clerk shall collect and receive
$7.00 from the party filing any civil action or proceeding in county court on claims
of less than $100.00; $7.00 from the party filing any civil action or proceeding in
county court on claims of $100.00 or more but not more than $2,500.00; $7.00 from
the party filing any civil action or proceeding in county court on claims of $2,500.00
or more but not more than $5,000.00; $20.00 from the party filing any civil action
or proceeding in county court on claims of more than $5,000.00, and $10.00 from the
party filing an action or proceeding in county court for removal of tenant.
