§ 2-119. Same—Circuit court civil and family divisions.

In accordance with the authority of F.S. § 28.241, the clerk shall collect and receive $20.00 from the party instituting any civil action, suit, or proceeding in the circuit court, including actions for dissolution of marriage or annulment.
