§ 2-47. Powers and duties.

(a)

The administrator shall be responsible for the administration of all departments responsible to the board of county commissioners and proper administration of all affairs under the jurisdiction of the board of county commissioners.

(b)

The powers and duties of the county administrator shall be as set forth in F.S. § 125.74, together with such other powers and duties as may be determined by the board of county commissioners. All such powers and duties are hereby declared to be administrative or ministerial in nature.
