§ 2-46. Appointment; responsibility for administration of county departments; qualifications; compensation.

(a)

The county shall appoint a county administrator, who shall be responsible for the administration of all departments of the county government which the board of county commissioners has authority to control.

(b)

The appointment, qualifications, and compensation of the administrator shall be governed by F.S. § 125.73.
