§ 25-9. Fees and charges.

Fees and charges for all county cemetery services including burial certificates shall be as established from time to time by resolution of the board. No burial certificates shall be executed or delivered until the purchase price has been paid in full. No opening, interment, monument placement or burial shall be permitted until the purchase price and any authorized fees or charges have been paid in full.
