§ 25-10. Installment purchases.

Burial certificates may be purchased on a deferred payment plan where a minimum of 25 percent of the purchase price is paid upon execution of a deferred purchase agreement. The deferred balance must be paid in no more than six monthly installments without interest. Upon a default in payment of more than 30 days, the county shall provide one delinquency notice at the address registered with the county indicating that the site reservation is subject to cancellation. Upon 60 days delinquency, the deferred purchase agreement shall be cancelled and all sums paid shall be refunded less an administration fee as provided by law. No person defaulting under a deferred purchase agreement shall thereafter be eligible for another installment purchase. A maximum of four reservations may be purchased under a deferred purchase agreement any one time.
