§ 25-6. Vendors/licenses.

Any person conducting an interment or disinterment shall be licensed and authorized as provided in Chapter 470, Florida Statutes. Persons installing monuments, headstones, plaques, or any other type of marker shall have at a minimum a county occupational license and, if construction of footers or pouring of concrete is required, appropriate county construction contractor's licenses shall be required.
