§ 25-5. Nondiscrimination.

No person shall be discriminated against in the reservation or a selection of a site, cemetery, or location in such cemetery based upon the race, creed or religious preference of the deceased. Areas in each cemetery may be reserved for indigent burials, cremated remains, scatter gardens, infants and mausoleums.
