§ 24-65. Touching of workers or employees prohibited.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person in an adult entertainment establishment to intentionally touch a worker or employee who is displaying or exposing any "specified anatomical area" at the adult entertainment establishment.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any person in an adult entertainment establishment to intentionally touch the clothed or unclothed breast of a female worker, or to touch the clothed or unclothed body of a worker at any point below the waist and above the knee.

(c)

The entertainment establishment shall prominently display a sign for the benefit of patrons notifying them of the prohibitions set forth in subsections (a) and (b).
