§ 24-62. Working at unlicensed establishment.

It shall be unlawful for any person to act as a worker or employee of an adult entertainment establishment that the worker or employee knows or should know, does not have a valid permit under this Code or which has a permit which is suspended, revoked, canceled, expired, or which does not have each applicable adult entertainment permit conspicuously displayed.
