§ 24-63. Operation contrary to certain provisions.

It shall be unlawful for any person to be an operator of an adult entertainment establishment:

(1)

Which does not satisfy all of the general requirements set forth in section 24-50;

(2)

Which is an adult theater and does not satisfy all of the special requirements of section 24-51;

(3)

Which is an adult performance establishment and does not satisfy all of the special requirements of section 24-52;

(4)

Which is an adult bookstore and which does not satisfy all of the special requirements of section 24-53;

(5)

Which is an adult encounter center or escort establishment which does not satisfy all of the special requirements of section 24-54;

(6)

Which is an escort service and does not satisfy all of the special requirements of section 24-55.
