In granting any special exception, the board of adjustments and appeals may prescribe
conditions and safeguards in conformity with the intent of this Code, including but
not limited to buffering and landscaping, restrictions on operations and reasonable
time limits within which the action for which special exception is required shall
be begun or completed, or both. Violation of such conditions and safeguards, when
made a part of the terms under which the special exception is granted, shall be deemed
a violation of this Code.
Failure to begin or complete, or both, such required condition or safeguard within
the time limit shall, at the option of the board, void the special exception.
