§ 7.08.00. Standards for single-family dwelling units.

This part sets forth the minimum standards for residential single-fam dwellings. Townhomes, trailers, mobile homes, and manufactured housing as defined in appendix B shall be subject to this part. Except as specifically set out in this Code, no mobile home, manufactured home, trailer, travel trailer, recreational vehicle (RV), park model recreational vehicle, building, or other structure shall be used for sleeping or dwelling purposes in the unincorporated area of the county.
