§ 62-130. County tourist development council—Established; composition; terms.

The county tourist development council is hereby established in compliance with the provisions of the Act. The council shall be an advisory council to the board on expenditures of revenues received from the levy and imposition of the tourist development tax. Those appointments made in county Resolution No. 92-14, dated July 9, 1992, are hereby reconfirmed and any subsequent appointments, reappointments, vacancies or substitutions shall be made by duly adopted resolutions by the board in accordance with F.S. § 125.0104(4)(e), as may from time to time be amended. The council shall elect its chairman from its membership.
