§ 62-102. Enforcement; failure to comply by handyman license holder.

Enforcement of the occupational license ordinance shall be within the jurisdiction
of the county code enforcement board established pursuant to Ordinance No. 82-3, as
amended, in addition to all other methods of enforcement as provided by law. Failure
of a person holding a handyman occupational license to comply with the requirements
of the standard building codes incorporated into the County Code, as amended, shall
be reviewed by the county construction licensing board and shall subject the person
to the penalties set forth in Ordinance No. 93-3 [section 22-51 of the Code], as amended, as well as revocation of the occupational license authorized
by this section.
