§ 58-54. Construction of utility facilities not precluded.

This division and the standards contained herein do not preclude the construction of utility facilities, including high-power electric transmission facilities within county road rights-of-way, 70 feet in width or less. Such limitation could potentially discourage development within the county and interfere with the sufficient, adequate and efficient provision of utility service within the county.
