§ 58-51. Emergency repairs.

In the event of an emergency requiring repairs by utility companies to some portion of their facilities, nothing in this division shall be deemed to prohibit the making of such repairs without having first obtained a permit; provided, however, that emergency repairs shall be reported to the county road superintendent so that traffic safety measures can be observed.
