§ 58-49. Procedures for application for construction permit.

Latest version.

All requests for installation permits by the owner or permittee, his engineers or legal representative shall be submitted in a form approved by the board of county commissioners and shall contain the following:
(1)

Name, address and telephone number of the owner and his engineers.

(2)

Name, address, and telephone number of the person submitting the documents on behalf of the applicant.

(3)

Description of the project, location, type of construction or installation.

(4)

Submission of four sets of engineering drawings showing location within the road right-of-way.
