§ 58-47. Review of applications; issuance.

The board of county commissioners or its duly authorized representative shall receive and review permit applications and issue permits allowing the permittee to enter onto the public road rights-of-way within the county road system, as defined by F.S. § 368.01 et seq., to perform specified construction or installation.
