§ 58-39. Distinguishing county-maintained roads.

Latest version.

"End County Road Maintenance" or "Road not County Maintained" or equivalent signs shall be used wherever possible at the beginning of a private streets and roads. The county shall define and require different colored street signs to be used for private roads and easements as opposed to publically maintained streets and roads.
