§ 49-34. Remedies.

In addition to the penalties as provided herein, the county may have recourse to such remedies as provided in law and equity to ensure compliance with the provisions of this chapter, to include temporary and permanent injunctive relief, recovery of damages and prosecution before the county code enforcement board. Each day a violation of this chapter continues unabated shall be deemed a separate violation of same for penalty purposes. Administrative fines, as provided in F.S. § 381.0061, may be imposed by the health authority or the county environmental control board should conditions necessitate.
