§ 49-7. Initial year.

This chapter requires mandatory collection and disposal of residential solid waste beginning October 1, 1998. For the initial year 1998 only, the deadline for exemption applications as described in section 49-30 and the election of commercial classification as described in section 49-25(d)(2) shall be extended until September 15, 1998. For the initial year 1998 only, the deadline in section 49-24(d)(2) shall be extended until October 1, 1998.
