§ 30-42. Discharge prohibitions.

The commencement, conduct or continuance of any non-stormwater discharge to the (MS4) unless specifically allowable as defined in F.A.C. 62-624.200(2). All other discharges, including those from mobile car wash operations operating without a State permit or exemption letter, are also classified as "illicit discharges" and are prohibited.
