§ 30-26. Finding and determination; use of nondegradable detergents.

The board of county commissioners finds and determines that the use of biologically nondegradable detergents, known as hard detergents, is detrimental to the public health, safety and welfare and causes unnecessary water pollution. It shall be unlawful for any person to use, sell or have in his possession any products or compounds containing biologically nondegradable detergents.
