§ 2-201. Establishing the Okeechobee County Enterprise Zone Development Agency.

There is hereby created the Okeechobee Enterprise Zone Development Agency, hereafter referred to as the "agency".

The agency shall be governed by a board of commissioners consisting of nine members, which shall carry out the economic development and redevelopment activities as provided in F.S. ch. 290.
