§ 2-198. Additional regulations.

In addition to the penalties prescribed above, the following shall apply:
(1)

The county shall not to issue any subsequent development orders for a property with a code violation until the violation has been corrected, unless the development order is necessary to fully or partially correct the violation.

(2)

The department shall inform the violator that no further work under an existing approval may proceed until the violation has been corrected, unless the work is necessary to fully or partially correct the violation.
