§ 2-191. Term of office.

(a)
The term of office for a special magistrate shall be set in the contract between the county and the special magistrate, with a contract term not to exceed five years, unless terminated earlier by the board, in the sole discretion of the board.
(b)
The term of office for a code enforcement board member shall be as set forth in F.S. ch. 162, as may from time to time be amended.
