§ 2-189. Concurrent jurisdiction.

  • Both the special magistrate and the code enforcement board shall have the concurrent jurisdiction and ability to enforce the provisions of this Code and any codes brought within the jurisdiction of this article by their terms or by separate enabling ordinances. The board shall determine, by separate resolution, whether cases will be assigned to the special magistrate or code enforcement board.
