§ 2-123. Same—County court civil division.

In accordance with the authority of F.S. § 34.041, the clerk shall collect and receive $5.00 from the party instituting any civil action or proceeding in county court on claims of more than $5,000.00, and $5.00 for any civil action or proceeding in county court for removal of tenant.
