The clerk of the circuit court in and for Okeechobee County, Florida shall collect
and receive all fees and charges as required by the Florida Statutes, as may be amended
from time to time, including but not limited to those fees and charges as set forth
in F.S. chs. 28, 34, and 44. In addition to those minimum fees, the clerk shall collect
those fees set forth hereinbelow.
