§ 24-27. Changing name of establishment.

No permittee may change the name of an existing adult entertainment establishment except: 1) upon 30-days written notice to the department of the proposed name change, 2) payment of a name change fee of $50.00, and 3) compliance with F.S. § 865.09, as amended.
