§ 24-8. Notice.

Any notice required under this Code shall be accomplished by sending a written notification by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the mailing address set forth on the application for the permit, which shall be considered the correct address for service unless the department has been otherwise notified in writing, or by personal service or delivery to the applicant or permittee. The permittee shall have the burden of proof of any current address change to the department.
