§ 24-6. Enforcement.

Latest version.

The provisions of this Code may be enforced by:
(1)

A suit brought by the county in any court of proper jurisdiction to restrain, enjoin, or prevent a violation of this Code;

(2)

Enforcement proceedings by the Okeechobee County Code Enforcement Board or county commission;

(3)

Revocation or suspension of permit;

(4)

Criminal prosecution as provided by the Florida Statutes; or

(5)

Any and all other remedies allowed by law.
