§ 22-401. Location.

(a)

On or after June 1, 2011 any new pain management clinic shall only be located in the zoning districts where such uses are permitted pursuant to part 2.04.00. Permitted and prohibited uses in zoning districts of the Okeechobee County Land Development Regulations, and shall be established pursuant to the requirements of this section, subject to the other requirements of this section.

(b)

No pain management clinic shall be permitted by special exception under section 11.04.00 of the Okeechobee County Land Development Regulations.

(c)

Pain management clinics, regardless of location, which exist on December 31, 2010, shall be deemed to be a lawful use, and not subject to the requirements of this section.
