§ 22-300. Territorial application.

This part is an exercise of the county's powers under Section 538.17 Florida Statutes and shall apply within the incorporated as well as unincorporated areas of Okeechobee County unless the City of Okeechobee adopts an ordinance to the contrary applicable within its jurisdiction.
