§ 22-116. Same—Optional method of compliance; blanket license.
Latest version.
As an optional method of compliance with the provisions of this article, the owner,
operator, lessor or manager of any flea market located within the unincorporated area
of the county may purchase a blanket occupational license calculated by multiplying
the maximum number of permitted stalls, units or booths by the general merchandise
occupational license fee as provided in this article. Upon purchase of this blanket
occupational license, the owner, operator, lessor, or manager shall be deemed to be
in compliance with the provisions of section 22-115; provided, however, that should the maximum number of permitted stalls, units or
booths be increased, the blanket occupational license must be endorsed to reflect
the increased number upon payment of an additional fee calculated in the same manner
as the original blanket permit.
