§ 22-116. Same—Optional method of compliance; blanket license.

  • As an optional method of compliance with the provisions of this article, the owner, operator, lessor or manager of any flea market located within the unincorporated area of the county may purchase a blanket occupational license calculated by multiplying the maximum number of permitted stalls, units or booths by the general merchandise occupational license fee as provided in this article. Upon purchase of this blanket occupational license, the owner, operator, lessor, or manager shall be deemed to be in compliance with the provisions of section 22-115; provided, however, that should the maximum number of permitted stalls, units or booths be increased, the blanket occupational license must be endorsed to reflect the increased number upon payment of an additional fee calculated in the same manner as the original blanket permit.
