§ 22-113. Penalty for violation of article.

The failure of the owner, operator, lessor or manager of any flea market, located within the unincorporated area of the county, to comply with the provisions of this article shall be punishable by a civil penalty equal to the amount of the occupational license for the flea market merchant vendor allowed to operate without an occupational license or without maintenance of the copy required by this article. This civil penalty shall not be construed to be in lieu of the required occupational license or relieve the flea market merchant vendor of any civil or criminal penalty for the operation of a business without the required occupational license.
